How to schedule meetings with clients in three steps

Set up once, share one link, and every client request turns into a booked meeting.

Step one, set your hours and meeting types

Connect your calendar provider, set working hours and add the meeting types you offer, such as a 30 minute discovery call or a 60 minute consultation. Add buffers, minimum notice and daily limits so the day stays workable.

Step two, share one link or embed it

Every person, team and meeting type gets its own link. Put it in an email signature, a proposal or your website. Clients see only the times that are really open, in their own time zone.

Step three, HourMeet picks the right person

The meeting is assigned by the rule you chose: round robin for fair rotation, collective when everyone must attend, or first available for speed. The booking goes to the right calendar with a video link, and reminders go out to both sides.

Routing before booking

Add a short form before the calendar. Answers such as company size, region or topic decide which person or team the client sees. This keeps enterprise requests with enterprise owners and local requests with local teams.
