Time zone meeting planner for finding a shared hour

Pick three locations and see the hours when everyone is inside 9:00 to 17:00.

How to read the planner

Each row is a location and each cell is an hour of the day. Grey cells are working hours in that location. Black cells are the hours when all three locations are inside working hours at the same time.

The planner uses the real time zone rules of your browser, so daylight saving is applied for today's date.

From a shared hour to a booking page

Finding one overlap is easy. Offering it to clients every week is the hard part. A booking page shows only the hours when the right host is free, in the client's own time zone, and rotates meetings across your team.

Use the button above to start a team booking page, or read the guide on scheduling meetings across time zones.

Questions

No. It runs in your browser and stores nothing.

The planner uses 9:00 to 17:00 as a standard day. Booking pages let each host set their own hours.
